Please note that we are not currently accepting any new domain name customers, existing customers may contact us if they need any new domains registered.
Services/Benefits included in the price of the Domain:
- NIC Registration Fee
- The price you pay us includes the NIC fees (e.g. Nominet, ICANN or CIRA) for the period of your registration.
- Transfer Fees
- There are no fees charged for transferring a domain to or from another registrar. For non Nominet domains, upon transfer from another regitrar another years registration must be added at our normal registration rate, your regitration period with them be extended for another year.
- DNS
- If you do have professional standard web hosting (usually the sort you need to pay for), we can point your domain name to your web site and Email in the standard way. You will need to tell your web site host which domain you have registered so that they can configure their server to correctly point to your web site and email.
- Updates & Maintenance
- We will update the basic forwarding, DNS settings and contact details for your domain upon request with no additional fee. Please see our About us page for more information about FrostByte and how we deal with your requests to ensure our service is appropriate for your needs.
- Domain Ownership
- Once registered, you will have exclusive rights to the domain name and you will not be charged any fee by us to transfer your domain to another registrar should you choose to do so.
Domain Renewals:
- We will advise you by email approximately one month before the expiry date and will be advised of the current renewal cost. Once issued, you will also see your renewals by logging in here.
- Please ensure that you keep your contact details up to date here so that we can contact you about your renewals.
- You are advised keep an independent of of your renewal date and contact us if you do not receive our rewewal offer in case you some reason you do not receive our email, e.g. in case our email is incorrectly identfied as spam my your email service.
- You can renew and pay for your renewals via PayPal here.
- Please note that if we have agreed to invoice you and for you to pay by bank transfer, instead of the online renewal process described above you will be emailed a renewal invoice approximately one month before your renewal date.
- If we do not receive a response from you regarding renewal it will be assumed that you do not wish to renew it. If you have chosen not to renew it is appreciated if you would let us know so that we do not waste our time and yours.
